From our headquarters in South Africa, Navitas is building Africa's energy infrastructure through three strategic hubs — delivering LNG, gas-to-power, and CO2 recovery solutions across the continent.
Navitas South Africa (Pty) Ltd (NSA) serves as both the group headquarters and holding company for the Navitas pan-African energy group. As a 100% Level 2 B-BBEE black-owned enterprise, NSA anchors the group's strategic direction, investment decisions, and technical expertise.
South Africa is where Navitas's LNG supply chain begins. The company is developing import infrastructure at the port of Coega in the Eastern Cape, from where LNG will be regasified and distributed through a virtual pipeline network of road tankers and ISO containers to industrial, power, and transport customers across the country.
NSA's South African operations span the full value chain: LNG import and distribution, NexGas vehicular fuel solutions, gas-to-power generation, industrial gas supply, and CO2 recovery for the food and beverage industry.

Navitas West Africa Ltd (NWA) is the group's Nigerian subsidiary, established to develop and operate the GreenFizz CO2 Manufacturing Hub. This facility will produce food and beverage grade carbon dioxide, addressing a critical supply gap in the West African market.
The GreenFizz hub represents Navitas's expansion into CO2 recovery and manufacturing beyond Southern Africa. By capturing and purifying CO2 to food-grade standards (ISO 22000 compliant), the facility will supply carbonated beverage manufacturers, food packaging operations, and industrial users across Nigeria and the broader West African region.
NWA was formed through a strategic partnership and operates under the Nigerian regulatory framework. The project leverages Navitas's proven CO2 recovery expertise developed in South Africa and applies it to the high-demand West African market.
